Frequent Shopper Program
Save your Tammy's Heirlooms reciepts. When your total (excluding shipping and returns) equals $500, you will receive a gift certificate for $25 valid on any future purchase. Purchases in the store, online, and at miniatures shows count. Frequent shopper "points" do not expire.

Sales Policy
When an original item is sold, Tammy's Heirlooms will remove it from this site. Should you order an item that is out of stock before Tammy's Heirlooms is able to update the web site, you will be notified, and a full refund including shipping charges will be issued.

Return Policy
No returns without prior authorization. No refunds for shipping charges. Full refunds (minus the cost of shipping) will be issued within 30 days. After 30 days store credit will be issued. All items must be accompanied by receipt and price tag and must be in good condition. Opened dollhouse and furniture kits cannot be returned.

Price Match Policy
If you see an item advertised for less, let us know. We will match the store's total price, which includes the site's shipping and handling charges. Please note we do not match Michael's or AC Moore's 40% off coupons, or going out of business sales. We will match eBay store listings but not personal eBay listings.

Privacy Policy
We use our customer mailing list to send notices of sales and updates. Customers may remove themselves from the list at any time by sending an email with "remove" in the subject. We do not sell or share customers' personal information.
