Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Dollhouses will be sent via UPS or FedEx. There may be an additional charge to ship assembled dollhouses or dollhouse kits to Hawaii and Alaska.

Orders over $250 now require a signature upon delivery.

Please let us know if you would like to pay extra for overnight delivery.

International Orders
Since PayPal does not automatically recognize foreign orders and calculate shipping accordingly, we will need to research the cost of shipping to your country and notify you of the cost. You will have the option of paying extra to complete the sale or receiving a full refund. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
